Step 1) Do a search for your business at biz.yelp.com
This is an important step, as users often add your listing’s basic info so they can check in, and leave reviews even if you haven’t set it up yet.
Step 2) Claim or add your listing
If your business shows up in the results, click “Claim Business” and follow the instructions. Double check your business information such as hours of operation, website, phone number, and location address.
Can’t find your business? Click “Add your business to Yelp”. You will then be taken to a form where you can fill out your business’ information.
Keep in mind that your business page will not publish automatically. Yelp will send you an email letting you know once your page is approved, and how to complete the remaining steps in claiming your business.
Step 3 Optimize your page
In addition to your basic information, adding a detailed description of your company’s operations, photos and keywords will take your page to the next level. This will help improve your search results and the likelihood of customers visiting your establishment.
